- Where does the van park?
- Anywhere the Sprinter can sit level and legally — most Millburn driveways work perfectly. If you don't have a driveway, a flat curbside spot in front of your home is usually fine; just mention it in your booking notes and we'll confirm before we arrive.
- Does anything happen inside my home?
- No. The entire session takes place inside the pod — heated lift bed, fresh linens, climate control, and all. Nothing is carried in, nothing is set up, and your home stays exactly as private as it was before we arrived.
- How does payment work?
- You pay on-site after your session, by cash or card — there's no prepayment when you book. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your appointment, so booking ahead carries no risk if your train runs late or plans change.
